We are being sold an illusion where only questions are allowed. I’m telling you, this is wrong. I spend hours trying to convince PDIs and ADIs that the DVSA do not want or need you to only ask questions. In fact, to be safe and manage risk they want you to be able to identify when to step in and step up!
After one such moment when a PDI that had been ‘fully trained’ by a national training provider was still asking “But is this ok?” I wondered what would happen if I released a cookbook, but with a twist.
So here it is! ‘Cookbook’ is not a metaphor, it’s a recipe book for you to make your dinner or dessert from! It’s FREE and it’s yours, I just need to know where to send it!
